We do not offer refunds.

Items may be exchanged within 48 hours of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

Exchanges are valid for items available on the website only.

Shipping costs for any exchange, replacement, or additional shipment are the customer’s responsibility.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Approved defective items will be replaced.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by regular wear and tear, misuse, perfumes, chemicals, salt water, or any damage occurring after use.
